Risk & trust, stated plainly

We never hold your money. APEX runs on your own device and places orders through your broker's own API, directly into your account. There is no pooled fund, nothing on our side to move.

Risk is limited, never removed. Position sizing, a stop-loss on every trade, and a daily loss cap scaled to your own capital are set before a strategy runs. None of this eliminates the possibility of loss — it bounds it.

You choose a package once. Each strategy is offered as a fixed package that runs to its own rules from day one — not something you toggle mid-session.

Risk disclosure

Trading in derivatives carries real risk of loss. APEX does not guarantee any outcome, return, or profit.

Performance in paper mode — simulated orders against live prices — does not predict what will happen with real capital. Markets, liquidity, and execution conditions differ.

Any capital you allocate to a live strategy is at risk in your own broker account. Only allocate money you've already decided you can afford to lose.

What is algorithmic trading, in plain terms? +
It's software placing trades on your behalf, following a fixed set of rules instead of a person deciding in the moment. The rules — when to enter, how large, when to exit — are all decided in advance, before anything goes live. The software just carries them out consistently, without hesitation or fatigue. It doesn't predict the market and it doesn't guarantee anything; it removes impulse from the execution of a plan that's already been agreed on.
How much does this cost? +
It varies — pricing depends on the package and the capital you're running, so posting one number here would be wrong for most people who read it. You'll know the exact cost by the end of your demo, before you're asked to commit to anything.
Does this guarantee I'll make money? +
No. Nothing legitimately can. What APEX offers instead is bounded, visible risk: fixed position sizing, a stop-loss on every trade, and a daily cap sized to your own capital — and a way to watch it work in paper mode before any real capital is involved.
Do you ever have access to my money or my broker account? +
No. APEX runs on your own device and connects to your broker through their official API, placing orders directly in your own account. There's no pooled account and no mechanism for us to move your funds.
Why can't I just download it right now? +
Because handing out direct access to something that can place real trades, with no conversation and no screening, is exactly how this kind of software gets misused. Every install starts with a demo — you see the mechanism, ask what you want, and only then decide.
What if I want to stop everything immediately? +
There's a shutdown control in the application itself — closing it down stops the engine you started. This is shown and explained directly in the demo, not left for you to discover later.
